Confusing structure, direction comes from many with little communication amoungst team. Inexperienced management; Unspoken expectations, watch out! Very very poor communication, very little colaboration. Disrespectful to direct reports. No delegation, therefore no personal growth. Experienced professionals not valued. Some senior management/management live in the data and create a culture far removed from the one Tableau speaks to.
