Pros

Direct Deposit, nice facility great client. Offers a $300 bonus to recommend employees who work for at least 90 days. Truly that offer speaks for itself.

Cons

No benefits (marketplace cheaper) $130 for basic coverage for a single person! No paid time off for the first year and only 32 hours after a year! Constantly requests charitable contributions from employees so the company can get tax breaks! The only form HR brought to orientation was a form for new employees to contribute $$ each pay period! "We're a green company!" Loosely translated, " the benefits aren't worth the paper it would take to print them!"

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Cons

Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
