I have worked here for 3 years and I have worked through many jobs. The supervisors have great respect for everyone’s time and abilities and are always happy to help you to grow into positions that you are interested in. The salary is basic but is enough to live on if you are smart with your money
Through this company I have met some of my best friends. I come from a small town and I have never had the opportunity to meet so many people from all over the world. The experience you have here is something completely different.
Cons
Many people come here thinking it is just going to be a vacation and are shocked when they actually have to work. This leaves projects short staffed and causes issues for everyone else. Do not join this company if you are not wanting to work.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.
Cons
Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
