They lay-off people as soon as they reach 2-3 year mark as they think they'll trap a new employee, give them false hopes and get work done in much lesser salary. They don't care about employees' skills, loyalty, etc., all they care about is SALES. Management hires their own friends in leadership roles. Confusing hierarchy. Each business unit works separately from another one. No appraisals, HR is good for nothing. They expect people to work hard for peanuts in the name of compensation. It's a complete gong show. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY WITH NO PEOPLE CULTURE
