People are fired on the whim without giving any proper reason. If you ask, they say that it is the decision of the upper management. Too much politics which drips down from the management to the lower level. There's no one with whom you can discuss about your problems. If you ask anything you get the firing letter the very day. They don't even have a good internet connection and electricity arrangements in case it is gone. Sometimes you have to use your own hotspot to get the job done.
