Bad labor practices in TECH - Diseñadora de material pedagógico TECH Education Employee Review

I was an employee of this company a few years ago, and I want to denounce the precarious conditions in which the learning materials were produced. The university requested articles and materials from academics of different reputations, some of very low quality, which were then summarized and systematized by pedagogical designers, most of them young people just starting their careers or with employment difficulties. These materials went through a graphic design team and were published as courses, intended for postgraduate studies and specializations, although their quality was very low due to the lack of qualified personnel to perform these filters. Working conditions were extremely difficult. The offices were located in an old house with computers organized as in a call-center, and only a few had access to the necessary materials to work. The schedules were exhausting, with working hours of almost 9.5 hours a day, with no flexibility. Lunches and breaks were very short, and any delay was punished with overtime or threats. Stress was constant, and although there was a psychology department, they only offered self-help advice without questioning the work dynamics. I decided to resign after several weeks of extreme exhaustion, with migraines and health problems due to stress, and without any response from the company to improve working conditions. I know former colleagues who confirm that nothing has changed; the same abusive practices persist. Therefore, I warn against enrolling in this institution, as it does not offer a quality education and is not a real university.
