Pros

The employees are like family and there are great people there. I have seen others have great opportunities for advancement and have had no issues with benefits and compensation.

Cons

The toxic work culture is one of the worst I have seen in my career. The culture of fear mongering and threats to drive performance, disrespectful and rude comments, finger pointing, revenue over people, backstabbing, and unethical business decisions makes this an unbearable place to work. Now, this toxic culture isn't at the employee level, it starts and is the worst at the Medical Leadership Team level. They are the worst Senior Leadership team I will ever see in my career. They do not care about people as much as their communications to employees like to give the impression they do, they are just snakes in the grass. The Senior Leadership team's version of leadership is hammer the site leadership team until they completely break them down, have lost all confidence, and they can use them as puppets. They do not take accountability for the business decisions they have made that trickles down to the sites and have caused chaos and instability.

Pros

Broadly a good company if you’re in a senior decision making role.

Cons

HR policies are words only. Years go by without ability to take any PTO and carry over not allowed. Friday afternoons, all HR US employees stop working with all others working past normal business hours and into the weekend including late Friday asks to complete an action by Monday 8:00 AM that was known earlier in the week but only communicated to the employee after Friday business hours. Every Friday. Onboarding structure / sink or swim approach, no training. No sense of belonging unless you’ve worked here 20 years plus. No growth or development opportunities unless tapped on the shoulder. Many openings are never published, again tapped on the shoulder approach despite offering to volunteer. Dismissive company culture. Every Voice Counts initiative is code for: if you do share your voice, you are on a list to not consider for promotion or any projects that would give you more visibility across the organization to foster one’s growth.
