Pros
Global company, large global IT staff, plenty of projects, systems, and architectures to keep you busy. For the most part, employees are great to work with. Pay is decent but you never get paid your market value if you stick around too long.
Cons
Work demands can be excessive - both with the amount of work your expected to complete and the frequency of work travel. The office work environment is very poor. Very old cubes and interior, still using 10mbit internet cables. The overall culture of IT is lacking.
