Pros
Pay is pretty decent, not spectacular but O.K. Most full time employees are great people. Really good 401k.
Cons
Leadership is a complete joke. The management is abysmal and have no clue about what's happening on the ground. Promotion now is based on inner circle politics. Managers who don't even have a degree leading highly skilled people who keep bailing out one after another. The worst HR and computer systems I've ever seen. HR doesn't answer the phone or return emails. Management doesn't return email. Things always falling through the cracks. Now that the old guard has been replaced with the new, the place is terrible. They talk a good talk but are more concerned with image and stock prices then anything else. Some folks are too valuable to move or promote so they just let them linger while promoting useless tools or incompetents for diversity sake.
