      Pros

      My management team is very understanding of family needs and requests for Time off. So whenever I need to be with my family and I have the available personal time my request is usually granted.

      Cons

      The salary level is not the greatest. The work load is still backed up from the integration(s). Staffing levels have not gotten better.
