      Pros

      Strong Bank to work for. Good benifits. Reasonable work - life balance. Management genuinely seems to care about employees well being and opinions. If you care for Finance the work is fufilling. Great colleagues and Team Management. Working hard and putting effort in will be recognised by both Management and Peers. No being voluntold for overtime.

      Cons

      TD doesnt do anything poorly, so there are no Hard Cons. Management can be slow to react to increase work flows and lack solutions or flexiblity to relieve employees when these situations are obviously coming.
