      Pros

      The co-workers were great as well as management across all levels. They offer benefits for part time workers and their employer matching 401k plan was great. I truly enjoyed my experience their and I learned a lot.

      Cons

      I think the pay could have been better and they need to work on their bonuses, compared with other retail banks they are well behind the times. I also think they need to promote based on performance over seniority.
