Pros
After working at another Big 5 bank, I find TD to be much better. There are lots of opportunities to grow and apply for challenging roles if you wish to seek them out. The culture is respectful, HR does a good job here of keeping that in check. Work life balance is good as I can work from home occasionaly if I need to. Pay is decent for what I do, benefits and pension are good. I'd like to continue growing within TD if possible.
Cons
It can depend on your group and your boss of course... Overall, I can't complain. If my current opportunity can't give me what I need, I find that there are plenty of opportunities in the bank to apply to.
