Pros
The work is pretty easy and as long as your friendly and know how to hold a conversation with customers, the company treats you amazing. As a first year teller 1, I get 180 hours PTO which blows my mind.
Cons
Must be able to sell. It's really just account types and credit cards, but how you're doing as an employee is largely based on how many products you sell. You also have to deal with the occasional angry customer who got a fee they weren't expecting or can't cash a post dated check, etc, but overall it's the best job I've ever had
