Pros
Great staff, warm and positive environment, great benefits, stock options, discounts on credit products, vast amount of locations, stable employment, great financial skills and knowledge to be gained, great p/t job for students.
Cons
Work life balance does not exist-8 till late and 7 day banking will stip you of any work life balance, pay rates are deplorable and I don't know how they expect people to survive on the salaries they pay (I can't believe that I survived on 27k/ year net of taxes!!), performance is rated on the revenue you generate-yet they give you 5 other jobs to do so you don't have time for the job you are being evaluated for which results in a poor rating, dealing with customers is draining and was causing me to lose faith in the human race, poor cooperation between different entities of TD (Waterhouse, Visa...), extreme micromanagement on every front, ideas and excecution of strategies from all levels of management are primary, uninspiring and not productive.
