      Pros

      -work life balance -opportunity to move around to different areas of the bank -generally nice people -good company for minorities or females

      Cons

      -hard to move the corporate later if you dont have strong executive sponsorship -awards and promotions are given based on favoritism not value/expertise -you need to be at an AVP, VP level to make any decisions
