      Smart nice people, laid back atmosphere. Low complexity large bank, with a good mix of commercial and retail lending. Interesting balance sheet to work with.

      Cons

      Disorganized, in-fighting, inconsistent tone from the top, poor leadership, rudderless direction, territory/turf wars, overlapping mandates. Broad footprint makes lasting connections difficult.
