      General exposure to retail banking- plenty of opportunities to develop your communication and sales skills. At the end of the day your job is sell anything and everything - credit cards, loans etc if you want to keep your job and be promoted

      Cons

      Selling pressure. You are treated like a dispoable wage employee. sell or be fired. All the stress for minimum wage and erratic work hours.
