      After takeover they said everything would stay basically same apart from some process changes as we were highly successful. Then made our whole team redundant at the start of December.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
