      FSP is good but generally Syneos needs to focus more on their employees - CRA Syneos Health Employee Review

      Pros

      I was part of FSP and really enjoyed the team there, the sponsor I worked for and management.

      Cons

      Syneos doesn't focus any money on employees that are outside of the US. The company doesn't provide benefits for it's employees, no health insurance benefits, no fund for career progression. This is a stark contrast to Sponsor who really invests in their staff but as FSP we're not allowed to be involved. Yearly salary increase doesn't exceed 3% for bonuses

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
