      Co-workers were great and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      This place has gone downhill since being bought. The environment is toxic, the management is useless and misogyny and favoritism abounds. I worked there for over 18 years and just watched the ship sink.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
