      Pros

      Good introduction to pharma PR if you want to see different jobs you can do.

      Cons

      This isn’t a rotational program so you only can learn by talking to the other graduate trainees. The pay is barely a livable wage. It’s a set advancement plan with no room for negotiation in job or pay.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      The individual groups have great people, and in the past they have been great for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Over the past few years the company has been struggling and laying people off quite regularly. It leaves the working environment in a very negative space.
