      Good LM, competitive salary and bonuses

      Cons

      Quite an extensive workload with constant change of systems/SOPs and processes. Lots of team meetings that could be just an e-mail, and vice versa -in some important cases this is just an email, when a good training is needed.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      Pros

      The individual groups have great people, and in the past they have been great for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Over the past few years the company has been struggling and laying people off quite regularly. It leaves the working environment in a very negative space.
