      - (Mostly) kind people - (Mostly) kind clients

      Cons

      - Extremely poor management - everyone is overworked and has no time to genuinely support staff - Unlimited PTO is offerred, but it does not make sense - if you take a day off or a vacation, you make up for it by working longer days before/after and are pressured to be available on mobile for the company while on vacation.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
