Pros
Syneos rewarded reasonably, although this was changing at the point of me leaving. Physical environments were nice. Business unit teams (outside of HR) were really great people
Cons
The culture within the HR function is very very unhealthy and having taken some time to reflect after leaving (and heal) I feel it is important to share the experience. The behavior experienced from the very top of the HR function is negative, intimidating and demotivating. My mental health was affected and I did not realise how much until I left. Once out, I was able to understand and process this experience as the worst in my working life. Take care in considering joining HR here.
