Pros
This is a great place to learn and develop your PR skills, especially as a junior. There are constant opportunities for growth, and flexibility to work on all aspects of a project (and not just the boring stuff!). Lots of lunch and learn sessions, training and more! Atmosphere in the London office is lovely too.
Cons
Communication about promotions and leavers is poor and done decisions by senior staff are questionable, but they are always willing to listen to how they can improve. Though it does take time for action to be taken.
