Pros
Nice colleagues, reasonable salary (although somewhat to the low end) and free healthcare
Cons
Lots of misfunctioning IT systems, much focus making money without taking the employees health in consideration, lots of changes in higher management, terrible lower-mid management. Ended up with a manager who was after me after requesting a raise (after a great yearly review) because I only ever got 50 euro's more since I started working there. After that all hell broke loose; manager was after me all the time and made sure my contract was torn and I lost my job.
