      inVentiv was a great company to work for. Management was good. Business model was good. Contracts good. I don't know much about Syneos because I was laid off toward the end of 2017

      Expensive insurance benefits, things seemed to get scattered after merger

      Incredible management, very communicative, most supportive and kind people i have ever worked with. They want to see you succeed on your contracts and are your safe space for questions and learning. I have never been more pleased with a company. Unlimited PTO

      Most of their recognition is paid out in internal points instead of actual money
