Good if you want an average income without doing any work or have no brains so wont get in anywhere else like the case with their HR team.
Cons
Interview process - 6-8 months if you are lucky, not because they have detailed rounds but because the recruitment team is full of idiots who cannot understand what is needed and are too lazy to close.
