Pros
Costa on site, best conversation. Good place to get training on how to be two-faced.
Cons
You can be intelligent and efficient - but not too much. You're colleagues and managers are all about self preservation. If they say 1+1 = 5 ...then just say "5" ...keep the peace. But if you have an ounce of self-respect you'd tell them straight. Local Staff have college diplomas at best, whilst the off-shore guys have MBAs and tech certificates. Treated as 2nd class citizens. Are we back to Victorian times ?
