Pros

Good Onboarding program. Salary on time Free fruit and lunch GYM facility Good Medical insurance

Cons

No Job Security Afraid to allow employee to serve the notice period. Whenever you resigned .. that day would be your last working day I did not see any single guy who is serving the NP. your LWD firm will decide. anytime firm can fire you. 60-80% people resigned without any offer. No respect . Leader will play your dignity and respect .. they may start often insults you in meeting and make you life like Hell. HR is just a rubbar stamp... dont expect any help from them better to avoid this firm.

Pros

1. 12% 401k match 2. Amazing co workers in the trenches but this is rapidly changing as people look for the exits.

Cons

1. Management - the new management team has a maximum personal bonus / profit only mindset. Cost cutting reigns. 2. Constant layoffs. No job is safe. 3. Company has offshored many jobs to India and is in a race to move key underwritering, engineering, claims functions to India as well. Overall, it feels more like a private equity gut job than a publicly traded company.
