Pros

Great discount on merchandise and management at my store is willing to listen, although little can be done on their part.

Cons

I have never experienced a corporate employee coming into the store with open arms, excited, or at least kind to sales associates or kitchen staff. Not until I mentioned that I was a culinary lead was I given any ounce of attention or care when they visited. They pay is extremely low, especially for New York City and with that comes a multitude of stress and hurdles to overcome. Corporate cares more about profit and growth than they do about their employees. Culinary staff should be getting paid 10x as much for the amount of skill that is required of them. If its a budget thing then figure it out, cause you know you'll get better employees if you pay more, and right now your employees do not care about being there because of how low the rate is and how little concern you show. Imagine the success rate they would have with higher skilled people.
