Pros

Learn new cooking techniques, take home recipes that you have tasted and like. 40% discount on full priced items. Half off cooking classes for you and a friend.

Cons

75% of the job is washing dishes and cleaning up. When they put the classes on sale they fill up and they usually don't add more help so you are stuck with double the work. The kitchen is falling apart. One of the sinks has been out of commission for over 2 weeks now and this week the hot water heater started leaking along with the sterilizer not working. No discount on sale items.
