Pros

The team I worked with at the Los Gatos store was amazing. Very hard working and the Chefs that I worked with were all very skilled. I worked at SLT for 9 months. Really up-leveled my cooking ability regarding Italian foods as I'm more of an Asian cuisine specilist.

Cons

Low pay for the area. Not many sites open any more.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
