Pros

It has the potential to be a great company. The pay is good and people with knowledge of cooking and great products.

Cons

There is no formal training for managers and associates and budget to do training off sales floor. There is a disconnect between upper management and managers at store level. Sometimes the atmosphere can be negative and really no support to do well.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
