Pros

The customer base is comprised of foodies and those who love to cook. Fellow employees also fall into this category, which can make work fun.

Cons

Management is clueless about products and lack culinary knowledge. Nepotism is widespread and there is NO training. The selling environment is cut throat without the commission. What was once the mecca for those who love to cook, is now a destination for LANDFILL and other useless products.

Pros

Staff was friendly and willing to help through the hiring and training process, and tasks were shared evenly

Cons

Management implements rules that harm the flow of sales and make for terrible checkout lines. Scheduling was always done last minute and it was impossible have a stable work schedule due to last minute changes and no stable scheduling duties for managers
