      Good environment with decent work conditions, peers and management are good people discount is good.

      Cons

      Very low wages, demand and check lists are increasing daily, long hours due to cooking classes and discount for many items has been taken away.

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
