      Pros

      40% discount. Wonderful people to work with in stores. Great atmosphere when manager is in a good mood.

      Cons

      DM spends too much time micromanaging. Schedule will be rearranged with no notice. Upper management clearly doesn't trust sales associate or leads. DM always negative which trickled down through management to associates.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
