Pros

Co-workers are generally great, discount OK.

Cons

Pay is a joke. Corporate offers less than a high school kid can make at a fast food joint...even for jobs requiring a degree. Cannot hire staff...they hear the offer, and walk away. NO support from corporate...Systems antiquated... focus on astoundingly bizarre things...not on what keep clients happy; staff able to do their jobs.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
