Pros

Staff were extremely positive to work with. Everyone helped everyone, even during the challenging liquidation process.

Cons

Technology use was the most antiquated and paranoid system that I have worked with in the last 20 years. Regional and area management liked to micromanage and provided no help with the so-called perks that were supposed to be a benefit

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
