      Pros

      Able to run the business with very little hands on - great if you feel comfortable taking the lead. Passionate employees and wonderful customers! Fun product if you want to learn there are so many opportunities.

      Cons

      With any retail job things are always changing from day to day. Upper management lost sight of the employees in the stores and how important they are to the business.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
