      Employees get a great discount on retail items. It is not a hard job physically.

      Cons

      Hours are unpredictable if you are a kitchen assistant. Promised 20hours a week, worked 4-8 hours a week.

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
