Pros

Kind and enthusiastic coworkers Hosting and serving guests for cooking classes can be fun and rewarding depending on the group. It is sweet watching families come in to spend a night together, etc. etc. Kids classes are especially fun. You pick up a few coooking tips along the way as well.

Cons

on feet all day, washing hundreds of dishes. incredibly tiring. too little pay to justify the work. i was never even offered a break during my shifts

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
