Pros

The training for the brand names sold in the store is helpful. Nice discount. Retail staff are very nice. Most of the Kitchen staff are beautiful kind people.

Cons

What complete mess. bullied by the head chef, who uses profanities and acts like a child (doubt he went to culinary school). Kitchen hasn't been cleaned in months Many kitchen assistants don't sanitized cookware, and wear fake nails. The food handlers course apparently doesn't hold water. Every basic sanitation rule is ignored. Your schedule will change dramatical from week to week and you'll work for peanuts ..t P.S. There is a small click of women who are MEAN and MISERABLE don't work nights to avoid these bitter ones.

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
