Pros

Pretty relaxed work atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great perks and employee discounts.

Cons

The management back then was very slow and even hesitant to promote their associates. Micromanaging, favoritisms and backstabbing was constant among managers especially. Because of the unfair treatment they got, many associates left. And despite the nature of the business, the company is strictly inflexible with scheduling. For all the demands the company demands of for a low pay, no wonder there’s a frequent turnover.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
