      Friendly Co-workers, great discount, Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Upper management - they like to shame you on company wide emails and conference calls. Make you send daily emails and explain why you didn't make your daily goals, and even if you did make goal, you have to write a coach-able moment and write about something that you could have done better.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
