Pros

co-workers, discount, great if you want very part time & very low pay

Cons

In 30 years of high end retail experience , and I have never worked for a more poorly run company. The obsession with selling $3000 coffee machines over the happiness of their employees, is insulting. Working part time( don't we all) , I was the leading sales person my first year. Then the company changed hands, They would not give me more than 12-16 hours and constantly cut shift , often at the last minute. I took a huge cut in pay to bring my experience in food retail/catering/design merchandizing to what I thought would be a rewarding job. I couldn't have been more wrong. I didn't need to work , I choose to work. There is a very high turn over of co-workers. No one can live in this area , for very very poor hourly pay. Shame . Some really good people had two jobs or more to make ends meet.
