Pros

Wish the expericence that I had with the company, the best thing that I had t experience there was the discount, though not as generous as other places. I did have the fortune to work with a store manager that truly cared about his staff and store but from what I saw I felt he was not supported very well from corporate.

Cons

Rather unimpressed with the company culture (or lack there of). There is minimal to no room for advancement unless you are willing to move outside of your home area, at least in my market. The store manager I worked for, worked hard to create a good work environment but the company at large does not allow for any time for proper training. As part of the management team, I felt set up to fail by the company. Had it not been from the years of previous experience I had from working at a competitor it would have been rather overwhelming. The one bit of culture is that they want to keep it a much more casual atmosphere than their competitors but it is too casual. In the 6 month I was there the utter lack of corporate structure was frustrating especially with meeting goals. A friend of mine had worked as the store manager for the company in another market and had quit for many of the same reasons. As a Sales Lead, the position was very part time so I needed to get another job to supplement my income but after doing so, the district manager had issue with the availability ( of which I gave them priority, since I had started there first) requiring that I open it up. But if I were to do so I would not really be able to work the other in a way that help cover my living expenses.
