      Pros

      Relaxed environment, fun team, get to learn about cooking and techniques, flexible hours and scheduling, very low stress job with no anxiety

      Cons

      Have to wash dishes (majority of the job duties), no opportunities to work full time (over 30 hours), very low pay, people do it because they want to not for the pay

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
