Pros
Good discount for employees but that's about it. It should be more as the pay is lower than McDonalds. In fact the discount should be more. So never mind.
Cons
No training, no loyalty, no guarantee of hours, upper management is clueless, incompetent and have no idea what it is like in the trenches. Store Managers only manage up and are always taken aback by the decisions up above. Product and floor sets suck as they are always being turned upside down with no hours to finish, branding abysmal and sales people are always confused about where something is. Sales are down, way down while they add new stores so some moron can buy a place that is going no where. What do you expect? Treat your employees with absolutely no respect and see what happens. Some things do trickle down. It's too late for management to wake up.
